Although life has always been a little stressful at times, it seems that so many people are dealing with an epidemic proportion of stress these days.  The kind of stress we are dealing with is literally wreaking havoc on our health.  No really, stress effects us in so many ways than just the stress itself.  Many physical and emotional ailments can be linked back to the stress we carry in our lives.  It's imperative for our health, then, that we take some time to de-stress.  How? It's time to take some time for "me."

Not that we NEED an excuse to take a nice bath, but we all need to take a little "me, myself time" and de-stress.  Here are some idea's for a de-stressing bath:

Don't have time for a bath, but desperate to de-stress?  Essential oils are extremely effective for stress reduction.  Any method of application can be successful - aromatic, topical and internal (make sure the label states safe for internal use, not all essential oils are).
