"It's the most wonderful time of the year" says NOBODY who suffers from seasonal threats!  If you are "lucky" enough to live in Oregon, like we do, you are currently in the WORST area in the whole country for pollen according to statistics from pollen.com.

Are we just doomed to suffer through this misery?  Only if you really want to.  We've found a solution that works pretty well for our family and I'm excited to share this with you.  Yes YOU, especially those of you who are looking for natural solutions and are not particularly fond of needles (we know all about that here too - NO FUN).

PLUS, there are options.  Pick your solution and feel the effects, safely & naturally.

OPTION 1:

Diffuse - Every night when my little girl goes to bed, I place 2 drops of Lavender, 2 drops of Lemon & 2 drops of Peppermint in our cold water diffuser.  It runs all night and she wakes up clear!  No congestion. No red, watery, itchy eyes. No sore throat.  I can't forget this very vital step in our bedtime routine.  It only costs $.40 cents - that's it that's all.

OPTION 2:

Topically - Whenever we feel we need it we apply 2 drops Lavender to the bottoms of feet, followed by 2 drops Lemon and 2 drops Peppermint.  Massage it in with coconut oil.  My little girl loves her a little foot massage to bring some relief from allergies.

OPTION 3:

Internally - This is my hubby's favorite plan of attack.  When he feels "seasonal threats" coming on, he just takes 1 capsule with 2 drops lemon, 2 drops lavender and 2 drops of peppermint.  That is all it takes for him to find relief for the whole day.  For him, this is huge!
